"Talitha Koum" is an innovative trauma recovery coaching program offered by I Am Beautiful Because (IABB), designed to assist individuals in healing from the effects of childhood abuse trauma. Integrating the concept of Post-Traumatic Growth (PTG), the program is structured into four distinct phases, each phase not only addressing aspects of trauma recovery but also focusing on the growth and positive transformation that can arise from overcoming traumatic experiences.
